Best price, & close to the ub campus - walking distance!
Maybe a small refridgerator in the room would be a good idea.

The staff were friendly. The price was good. It felt safe and the room was very clean. Lots of parking. If someone was visiting the University it is right across the street. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. If you need a safe, clean and convenient place to stay I highly recommend it.
My only complaint, we were charged $1.50 for the safe in the room when we didn't ask for one or use it.

Had very positive experience, overall upscale place.
We loved this hotel, it was fairly clean with a FAVOURABLE and particularly helpful staff. In general the service was good. Location: the venue was right by several resturants and shops, and stores or restaurants. Furthermore, close to Niagara falls.
